Pole Fitness - Open Play
Service Description
Open Play sessions are designed for students who are currently training Pole Fitness at MAKA. They cater for students who are wanting extra practice time to improve and perfect moves, transitions and routines taught in class. Open Play sessions, where possible, are scheduled when a class is on and the aerial equipment is free, this means you can join in with the warm up of the class running at the same time. To join our free play classes you need to be a existing student of MAKA and have experience in Pole Fitness. If you do need assistance we will have a teacher onsite at all times for H&S. All students are asked to abide by our safety guidelines for open practice sessions: - Do not attempt to teach others if you are not a MAKA Instructor. If you would like to learn a new move, please ask an Instructor. - Mats must be used when training. - Please ensure you are present to take part in warm up and cool down - Please do not attempt to adjust the equipment unless you are trained. Ask an instructor. Classes are suitable for adults (16+)
