Emma
POLE FITNESS, FLEXIBILITY & AERIAL HOOP INSTRUCTOR
Emma's pole fitness journey began around 8 years ago and for 4 of those years, she has been teaching pole fitness across a variety of levels helping others on their fitness journey. Emma's main goal as an instructor is to help empower others to feel as good as they can in their own bodies by encouraging students to be stronger, overcome challenges and see improvements along the way.
In 2018 Emma suffered a health scare and was unable to train for around 6 months. Following this, getting back into pole fitness has helped hugely with both her self confidence and mental health. She believes in regular practice and dedication, anyone can achieve their goals.

Kate
POLE FITNESS, FLEXBILITY & AERIAL HOOP INSTRUCTOR
Kate began aerial dance in 2016, 6 months later she expanded into pole fitness and instantly became addicted! In 2018, she then went on to teach aerial silks, aerial hoop, pole fitness and flexibility classes.
Kate especially enjoys working on conditioning and assisting each individual student to build their strength, flexibility and confidence at their own pace, in a fun and enjoyable way. She is passionate in believing ''anyone can learn anything, if they put their mind to it'',

Katherine
POLE FITNESS & AERIAL HOOP INSTRUCTOR
Katherine (KP) discovered pole in 2014 and instantly became hooked. She also very much enjoys aerial hoop and occasionally covers for our hoop classes.
KP is Spin City qualified after being given an opportunity to teach in 2022 and loves seeing students progress at their own pace and achieve things they never thought possible.

Ellie
AERIAL HOOP INSTRUCTOR
Ellie is a passionate aerial artist and instructor specializing in Aerial Hoop. With a background in contemporary dance, she discovered her love for aerial arts in 2022 and has been upside down ever since.
Ellie brings a unique blend of creativity, technique, and fun to her teaching style. She is passionate about fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where students of all levels can thrive.

Hannah
POLE FITNESS INSTRUCTOR
Hannah has been a valued member of our studio for more than three years. With a deep-seated passion for guiding and empowering students to reach their fitness aspirations, she brings dedication and expertise to her teaching role.
"I discovered my passion for fitness through Maka, and I take immense joy in assisting others in discovering activities they love, building confidence, and staying active,"
In 2024, Hannah enthusiastically joined the Maka team, further enriching our community with her commitment and enthusiasm.
