Service Description
Join us, to work on flexibility and strength through a combination of moves on our aerial hammocks made from silk. All ability/strength levels welcome. We recommend wearing leggings and a t-shirt/jumper with socks. Classes are suitable for adults (16+)

Cancellation Policy
We hold a strict 48 hours cancellation policy. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, we are unable to process a refund. If you are due to pay cash for your class then you will still need to pay 100% of the amount due within 24 hours of the cancellation.
